Sharp Pain In Heel Of Foot When Bending Over

I have a sharp pain on the outside of my left foot that only occurs once a week or so but can be from 3 mins 10 mins each time.

I can do calf stretches leaning against wall with legs straight and heels on the ground and even stair stretches toes on edge of stair with heels lower supporting my entire weight with no pain at all as long as i don t bend sharply at the waist.
